If you were recently in a car crash, it's really common that after the accident, it hurts to extend your head back and look up.
I see this all the time, and it can really start to interfere with your life. I want to give you exercises that you can do to help take care of those aches and pains.
Exercise #1:
Band pull apartTake a light band, hold it about shoulder high and just extend it back across your chest. Hold this and return. Nice, slow, and gentle. When I do these, I like to bring it down ever so slightly because that allows my shoulder blade to sit in a good position to activate the mid-back muscles.
